Nick has many years of senior management experience. Initially, Managing Director of his own company, he merged the business with Cable & Wireless Plc., the UK headquartered communications multinational and was appointed MD for Ireland and Portugal.
During his 12 years with C&W, he became a Director of C&W Europe and sat on the Board of each of C&W’s European subsidiaries as well as undertaking assignments in Hong Kong, Australia etc.
Following this, he was promoted to MD of C&W Caribbean and Atlantic Islands (based in Grand Cayman) which was the second largest division of C&W, a Financial Times top 100 company. Nick has been on the board of Saadian Technologies since 2007 and was appointed chairman in 2008.

Cliodhna founded Saadian Technologies in 2000 and acted as Saadian CTO until 2007. Cliodhna previously spent a number of years working in Internet developer Nua and Allied Irish Bank. She holds a degree in Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin. Cliodhna was appointed CEO in 2007 and is responsible for Saadian’s direction and overall strategy, and for the company’s senior client relationships.

Derek combines the unusual skills of technology and policing. He worked for the Metropolitan Police for 12 years before re-training in Computer Science. His 9 years experience in Saadian lends him unique product, service and industry insights.

Noelle has been with Saadian since 2007. Noelle is a chartered accountant and prior to Saadian she worked with Deloitte and Rabobank. Noelle is responsible for all aspects of financial control and works with Cliodhna on commercial management.

Siobhain has 11 years experience in customer relations and has been a committed member of the Saadian team since 2004. She is passionate about making sure her clients are 100% satisfied with the service they receive from Saadian.

Mark is a smart computer scientist dedicated to making customers happy. His in-depth product knowledge and keen problem solving skills equip him to deal with a range of technical services issues. His team are responsible for managing all UK customer sites, ensuring that all technical issues are speedily resolved.

Barbara joined the Saadian Team in March 2011 and has a background in creative design, event management and marketing. She is experienced across a variety of industry sectors including; pharmaceutical, professional services and technology. Barbara has worked in International markets working in both the UK and Australia. She is responsible for all marketing strategy, operations and client experience.

Alistair joined Saadian’s board in 2008 as strategic director in a non-executive capacity. Alistair works with a select group of companies to assist them in achieving their strategic targets. Alistair is known by many as a marketing guru.

Allan joined Saadian in 2010 with responsibility for customer service provision and product development. He has over 25 years' experience in technical and management roles across a range of industries including financial services, e-commerce, automotive and retail.

Jennie joined the Saadian team in 2012 and brings a wealth of business development expertise to this fast growing area of the company. She has been selling specialist IT solutions for over 20 years' to public sector organisations and maintains a professional customer-centric approach at all times.

Jennie, together with Cliodhna and Siobhain will be looking after our PINS customers and will also be responsible for developing the IOM side of our business through Offender Hub.
