Business2Mobile Excel Client

Saadian provide a Microsoft Excel Client that enables users to send SMS messages from and receive SMS messages into Microsoft Excel.

The Microsoft Excel Client is available as a button on the standard toolbar in Excel and users can simply select data from within a spreadsheet and click a button to send as SMS. The advantage is that end users can use their standard desktop application to manage all SMS based communications and use the power of Microsoft Excel to pre-process and manage all customer data prior to delivery.

To send SMS to suppliers use Header or Cell Labels to automatically Message Merge - similar to Mail Merge - content from Microsoft Excel for delivery. Automatically pick-up supplier mobile numbers form Microsoft Outlook, Excel or Business2Mobile Contacts. Receive SMS data replies directly into Excel for further processing.
