What Our Customers Say About Us
Peter Daly, Chief Emergency Officer with the Inter-Agency Southern Region explains, “In an emergency staff are overworked and under pressure so this PagerSMS technology helps to reduce their time and administration by 60%. Instead of our employees having to phone hundreds of staff to inform them of an emergency this texting system cuts down on two-way voice conversations which can hugely delay response times. It has also led to greater accuracy of information for staff. We chose Saadian as they are experts in their field and this has been borne out by the quick response and expert advice given.”
Saadian’s PagerSMS application helps Dublin Port to alert its 160 staff and other security and harbour personnel in an emergency. It is also used for day-to-day communications on weather reports or sea tides.
John Fairley, Security Manager, Dublin Port explains “We use Saadian Technologies SMS software it for communicating with staff on a day-to-day basis about weather forecasts or sea tides. The manager for each group can notify its staff more quickly about upcoming meetings or significant events. now we can just communicate with the manager of each group who only needs to send out one text to its staff rather than phone each member of staff individually.”
Louise Bannon, Marketing Manager for the Dublin Airport Authority explains, “This text messaging service from Saadian provides real-time information and boosts our customer service. We want to ensure that we are at the forefront of technology and give our passengers easy access to accurate flight information.”
She continues, “This text messaging platform Business2Mobile is versatile as we already use it for XX (how many) operations staff across the airport allowing them to be informed on new guidelines on baggage or new regulations. It is also popular for asking airport staff who is available for overtime and the date and time on a text is useful for clarification later on.”
Joachim Barnet, Admissions Officer, University of Limerick explains, “Text messaging is the language of school leavers who are our potential undergraduates so it makes sense to use this text messaging service to communicate with them. The challenge we have is the tight timeframe where we need to send out offers from mid to end of August annually. We are now using Saadian’s Business2Mobile text messaging technology to inform students that they have received a CAO place in our university as it is a much faster and more reliable service.”
Vincent Duffy, IT Manager, Revenue Commissioners explains, "We were very impressed by Saadian's ability to point to a proven track record with customers in the public sector with similar technologies. The contract was awarded in November with delivery due in January. The company hit all its milestones and obligations without issue. We were impressed with their knowledge and the products themselves. It came as no surprise to us that the solution easily handled the huge volume of business which this new service generated from the very first day of operation.”
